delete your ME3 data (not save games, just the patch and DLC), then go back into the game, re-patch. the pack never displayed, but i did receive the contents of the pack

Yeah..I ran into the same situation...I emailed EA about it, hopefully I'll get an answer to the problem. UPDATE: EA's email didn't really give me a clear solution, it just said Bioware was "looking into the problem" and that there was no way they can restore the lost items...
. I guess I'll have to contact SONY US and see what they say.

I've talked to some friends playing on PS3 and they've all had this problem. I guess Bioware is letting the players do the QA on multiplayer.

I tried to buy one of these yesterday and it locked my system up, complete freeze. Luckily I was buying with money and it didn't go through. It did erase ALL of my kill data! I lost nearly 4000 kills and have to start all over on the Veteran trophy!

I don't see how deleting your data's going to fix anything, but if you got the message to contact EA customer service after you attempted to purchase any pack, restart the game. You won't be directly informed of what you received, but your inventory will have whatever stuff you bought.

If you bought it with "real money", call Sony and they will refund it to your PSN account. They did exactly that for me. It took 2 days for the refund to go through because there is paperwork involved, but it certainly did happen.
EA won't give you diddly squat.

Link for complaining to Sony? I tried to do it through the PS3 support section on the Sony EU website and that was several days ago... haven't heard anything

I have the same issue. Except I used 99,000 credit twice for Premium Specter Packs = 198,000 credit total. I actually bought earlier packages with real money so even if that time it wasn't real money, I'm still a customer! And I value those virtual items
Bioware team - Please update us with any chosen solution, thanks!

Ahah I tried again hoping for the best due to this new patch - but it failed again "one or more of your purchase failed to process, if this error continues to appear please contact customer support". I tried a different pack (60,000) and it failed too.
Now Bioware owns me 99,000 + 99,000 + 99,000 + 60,000 = 357,000 credits....

4 of my purchases are also lost, I kept on getting the same error, and now nothing... it doesn't seem like I received anything from all 4. This is not cool...

I've been screwed out of over 20 packs so far(luckily only 3 were with real money), but when I called Sony they didn't offer me a refund they told me to call EA who also said that they were working on it. I call bs. It's been a month now and mother nothing. No emails, messages or refunds. Thanks EA/Sony. And an extra special thanks to you Sony for giving us only part of the MP experience. And again thanks to all there companies (Sony/EA/Bioware) for not giving us a real explanation why we can't participate in weekend events/ME3 product codes/BF3 packs. You three have really made a mess of this game with SP game issues and the whole MP experience. It's nice to know that you don't care enough to even answer our questions let alone fix our problems. Keep up the bad work.(and I have checked and posted on all company forums and called all customer service lines)

Seems like with Bioware we are always the QA. The last three games I've bought had issues at launch that really shouldn't have got through a normal QA process. Don't think I'll be buying any more Bioware games until at least a year later when most all of the major bugs are delt with.

Yeap, best experience was when Mass effect 2 came to PS3: no bugs, all DLCs - PC&XBOX players QAed the game for us

You have to call Sony, and ask to speak to a manager. Also, you have to locate the transaction #'s in your account setup section of your PS3 XMB. I had to call Sony 3 times, and yes, their employees are complete morons, but if you keep calling, you will get a somewhat normal person who will refund the money. They put my $5 back in my PSN Cart for me. You have to explain that EA/Bioware aren't doing anything to fix the problem, and that you are only one among many.

I had the same problem twice the other night just after installing the new patch. Up until then I guess I was lucky and never had a problem.
