In Silver/Gold people there happily set up combos for one another just to complete a successful Silver/Gold run, so i stick to those lobbies.
I saw a team of biotics on gold (youtube vid) and it seemed like they were warping/throwing/stasis everything in sight to quickly take down the enemies. I doubt that anyone's thinking about kill-stealing at times like these when survival is at stake and there's not much time to stop and think about what belongs to who.
Before joining this forum, I would kill anything with a health-bar over its head even if it's already down to the last bar (almost like a reflex action); didn't even know I was kill-stealing until recently. When allies and enemies are cramped into a small space, it's hard for me to tell who's doing what to which enemy so it's much simpler to take down whatever I can in the shortest time possible.
