I'm kind of new here, so if this is in the wrong area, I am very sorry, but I want to find out what's wrong with this. >.<
I've been waiting to recieve my Raptor Commendation rewards for a few days now. I have done the requirments (I played on the very last day, April 1st, for a few hours), and I have even promoted two characters.
But, again, I have not gotten anything, even though I have seen other players online with new weapons I have never seen before.
And I also believe I have read somewhere that everyone would get their packs by Wednesday, and it's now been a few days.
I have even checked literally a few minutes ago and the packs aren't there.
Since I know this would be a common question, yes, I have checked my weapons, and I do not have anything new, and I know I haven't already gotten them.
I hope I can resolve this before the tenth, which is the deadline to get the packs. >.<

Yeah dude same here, I promoted on Friday around 9 or 10 which was within the time slot and I haven't gotten my packs yet either, I'm assuming if we haven't gotten them yet we probably aren't going to

Same here. Well everyone should get the victory pack atleast, when over 350 000 characters got promoted.. Hopefully we will get them soon.

I actually was in a private chat earlier with EA Tech support.
"We granted the Victory and Commendation Packs for Operation Raptor last night, but this morning it was identified that many people were using an exploit to get multiple packs. In order to stop this problem we had to suspend the granting of packs immediately. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. We will restart the granting of packs once the issue has been fixed."
I asked other questions about problems I was having with my game but before ending the chat I asked "So the Victory/Commendation Packs will be awarded at a later time?" to which they replied "Yes."

That's understandable. Things happen in the complex coding that can make things like this harder for no reason (I went into some programing myself, and it can easily be a pain in the butt. I can't imagine what it would be like with data like this).
I just wish they sent a notice out to everyone about it, so we won't have to worry about it. Oh well, at least we have an answer, and that we will get the packs! :3

I hope they give us our rewards next week. I sure as hell don't want to find out that I went and did the event for no incentive. This forums is weird, it says I don't meet the requirements to post, I finally figured out how to get my game registered :< on BSN.

I agree with you, it is a bit weird. I had to reconfirm my ME3 game with my account for a second time just to post this little problem some people are having.
I understand why they make it to were only people that have bought the game can post in the forums (to increase sales for their games, and probably to help keep out spammers and such), but doing it like that just makes it harder for us to really voice our problems that we are having in-game.
Just saying stuff to keep this tpoic alive until we find out when the glitch has been fixed.

There's going to be a patch Tuesday (I'm pretty sure) Along with the new content so maybe that's when they will start redistributing the Commendation/Victory packs.

They said some time this week after they test the exploit fix. ill give it til this Friday at most, if nothing by then hopefully there will be specific answers to when it will be given out.

I don't have either pack yet either, but the Commendation Pack is listed under my registered game content. I cannot access it though and it says it will expire tomorrow. If they don't have it fixed before then, I really hope they give me a new one...

Don't be so stressed, everybody! This is freaking Bioware, one of the few companies that will actually do things for their consumers these days.
I'm sure we will get the packs soon, and that they are working on it. As long as we tell they about glitches like these, I'm sure we will get the items we earned.
If not, then the rage of the fans will be upon them!
That, or we'll just make Wrex eat them.

Any news on the packs as I promoted 6 characters till waiting! Seems a bit harsh punishing the fans/players.. Could they not just reset the weapons on the accounts of cheats?

I suppose these packs won't be sent then? I spoke to technical and was told to use these forums as 'they' couldn't do anything. Not very helpful. Yet when I spoke to them a year ago they went out of there way to help!

I think we're gonna get boned on our packs. The expiration for them came and went. There is no update from the Bioware dude and tech support is redirecting people to the boards because there is "nothing they can do". A couple bad apples ruined it for everyone, thanks Bioware for punishing me for someone else's crime

I was wondered if they actually said we would not be getting the reward?
I have a friend who is bitter he never got the one from Op. Goliath.... He doesn't bother with the bonus challenges anymore which sucks because he is is one of those people that makes it more enjoyable, and he is super good at it.

It's been about 5 days since I made this topic, and since then, I have not heard any update on this. I realize this is probably not on the top of the list for the people in Bioware to do (especially since it's free), but this is getting ridiculous.
People who ask are getting the run-around instead of any sort of help, and anything else is something that cannot solve this problem.
So, it looks like we are all being punished for something a few other people have done. My question is: Why? Sure, life is unfair, but Bioware is already on... well, not great terms with the fans after the ME3 ending. You would think, for a least a while, they would suck up to the fans for a few months.
And yes, I realize the free DLC that came out the other day probably was one thing they used to apologize to the fans (if not, good for them for letting us have a good free DLC. XD ), but... ugh.
Anyway, I'm just saying things now to keep this topic alive, and hopefully we will get a real answer. I realize glitches happen, and that they need some time to fix them, but why punish everyone for something only a few people have done? It seems like we won't be getting the rewards at all.

Never mind on what I said. I just read an update from Bioware about it, with it needing a lot of testing. It will probably be released on the Weekend, since that is when they will usually do things, and that this weekend is another event... I think... >.<
