I will. Since it's apparently gonna inclue many of your choices throughout the game it wouldn't feel the same to watch someone else's choices unfold. I want to see what ends up with my galaxy.

I'll play it. The fan response has been so unaminous and colossus... I'm hopeful that Bioware will have taken even a part of it on board, and I don't need that much more to be satisfied with the ending.

I will play it but replaying that last mission*shivers* is so boring. I prefer ME1 or 2 last mission I felt the need to get the job done

Of course I'm playing it - if there is something to play. If not I'll be watching it in game, because I believe that now we will get more individually endings with different cut scenes.

And if you don't mess up your last auto save, you don't have to play the whole earth (and cerberus headquarter) mission another time, if you don't want to. The last auto save is right before you meet Marauder Shields. Though I absolutely loved the earth mission until I went into the conduit, so I have no problem replaying it. It was intense and felt like right being in the middle of the worst part of the war - as it should be. I could have played more of that, because I actually found all the cerberus fighting a bit annoying.

You wanted closure, did you not? That includes showing what happens with teammates and the rest of the galaxy. They need something for each surviving and dead teammate, and something for each of the choices you made throughout the game, such as the Genophage and the Geth/Quarian conflict. There's a lot of personal possibilities in there, something that they also hinted at during that panel yesterday.

The extended dlc its just cinematics and a epilogue. So of course that im gonna see it.... And troll about it if its bad...

even if you have to re-play the last mission, just lower the difficulty to the minimum. >_>
it'll be a breeze.

None of my chices were reflected in the three endings we have now and that didn't stop me from researching them on YouTube. 

Seriously, if the general idea is improved, not spoon fed artistic integrity bs (I've lead creative writing labs long enough to know this is code for 'I like it the way it is and you can't make me change it') then I won't have an issue adding it to my Shep's story.

No, I won't play it. I regard ME as a form of art, thus it must be free from any form of public reaction.
ME3, as it is, is the original product of its writers and developers. An extended ending made only to appease its commercial public is downright outrageous.
Would you read again a book whose ending has been changed because its readers thought it was not good enough? If yes, would that be a book written by its author, or by its readers?

Not really. My issue with the endings isn't just that their full of plot holes and poorly executed, but that MY Shepard's story ended with plot holes and poorly executed.  As things stand right now my head cannon (which it's always been since I play FemShep) stops before Hackett starts talking, credits roll and Buzz Aldrin cut scene roll. No starkid, no prompt to buy DLC I would have happily bought had this mess not occurred.

Have you read Great Expetations? Pip was supposed to meet Estel at her abusive husband's funeral decads later, but that got changed. My personal fave, have you read the Bible? That's been re-edited oner and over to suit individuals. King James version in particular. He didn't have it re-written just to get his name on it.

Well, depending on how much you expect from it, I can see your point. 

I've seen a lot of people wnating the Catalyst to be gone, however they've already said that they won't be changing anything. In my opinion, the people hoping for that are just working themselves into another inevitable blood rage that'll turn this forum into a warzone again.

If you're hoping for closure and clarity however, which they've said they're giving us, then the only way they can deliver that is through showing what impact your choices throughout the game have on your galaxy. And that is what I mean will be personalized.

For me the general idea with the ending was fine. It's execution may have been flawed though, and that is what I hope the extra cutscenes will fix.

Good points but you are expecting a lot more than I am. I have always been a realist/pesemist but I have to say I dont mind being wrong.:happy:

And after the end of NVM2 Bioware still managed to pull Mask of the Betrayer on us.

Because I want to check certain things before playing it. If my standards aren't met it is not worth my time to even bother playing it.

I think it is after you get hit with Harbinger's beam, as I recall killing Marauder Shields like 3-4 times.... thinking I was going to get a different ending

I am currently expecting nothing more than a couple hastily tacked on cut-scenes. I probably won't play it but we'll see. I'll have to wait and see how much it adds. The fact I'd have to subject myself to the god awful ending sequence again is pretty daunting.
