Downloadable Content: Downloaded but Not Installed

Running into a bit of an issue withsome downloadable content (the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band specifically). While other DLC went straight from "download progress" to "Installed content" tab as soon as downloads were completed, these two pieces show as 100% downloaded but... just sit there, and haven't been installed/enabled yet. I've given it 30 minutes or so, logging in and out of the game but still no go. Is there a way to re-download/ jumpstart the install?
Thanks guys!

1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4) Navigate to 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in
6) Your content will be available for redownload on the Download Progress tab

I'm not sure where you purchased the game, but Impulse doesn't get the Dragon Age updater service installed right off the bat.WhatIsThisFor wrote...
I registered both of my DLC codes but neither shows up in the game.
There's a post in their forums that addresses this: http://forums.impulsedriven.com/368287. It looks like their working on a fix on the install end, but the instructions in the above thread work to get the service registered within Windows. After that's started, your downloads show up as they should.

It would appear as though your content failed to download properly. You can manually delete this content and your game will attempt to redownload it the next time you restart.
1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4) Navigate to 'C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\All Users\\\\Application Data\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in
6) Your content will be available for redownload on the Download Progress tab
This did the trick for me.
I use windows 7 use the following instead
4) C:\\ProgramData\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater
Basically had to redownload all the mess up files that was download at 100%. For some odd reason it cant extract correctly.

It's also easiest to do a search for the Manifest.xml file to delete that; it's in a slightly different location than above for user profiles on Windows 7.
Thank you for this by the way, this fixed the issue for me as well.

Just confirming that Jason's suggestion worked perfectly, so this appears to be how you solve the problem. Thanks guys and good luck!
