Hi guys,

Running into a bit of an issue withsome downloadable content (the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band specifically). While other DLC went straight from "download progress" to "Installed content" tab as soon as downloads were completed, these two pieces show as 100% downloaded but... just sit there, and haven't been installed/enabled yet. I've given it 30 minutes or so, logging in and out of the game but still no go. Is there a way to re-download/ jumpstart the install?

Thanks guys!

It would appear as though your content failed to download properly. You can manually delete this content and your game will attempt to redownload it the next time you restart.

1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins

1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'

2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'

3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'

4) Navigate to 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder

5) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in

6) Your content will be available for redownload on the Download Progress tab
