I have Dragon Age for the PS3 and I have registered codes for both Blood Dragon Armor and Shale. It shows them on bioware.com, but they are not in game. There is no download progress and/or installed contect tab and they do not show up on the DLC list.

I'm having the same problem...even now. Evidently they never plan to fix this

Ok got it to work after restarting several times. Still buggy though. Took several hours

For Windows 7 i can confirm that going to:

''C:Program Files/Dragon Age/bin_ship'' then set ''daupdater'' to run as Admin.

Run and login to the game and the downloadable content should start Extracting right away.

Cheers to Arkangyl

It would appear as though your content failed to download properly. You can manually delete this content and your game will attempt to redownload it the next time you restart.

1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4) Navigate to 'C:\\\\\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\\\\\All Users\\\\\\\\Application Data\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in
6) Your content will be available for redownload on the Download Progress tab

Just confirming that Jason's suggestion worked perfectly, so this appears to be how you solve the problem. Thanks guys and good luck!

SO newbie here trying to get my DLC to work.  It will download, but install says failed.  when I highlight the download and it brings up the information about it, I have required version 1.0 in red.  Does this mean my patches have created an issue?  Question #2, I don't have a manifest.xml file in my Bioware\\DragonAge\\Settings folder.. I did a complete drive search, and it doesn't appear to even exist.  Ideas?

I have several files in cue because I bought Darkspawn Chronicles and Golems of Amgarrak today simultaniously, yet they wouldn't install. I have done what is said by the moderator and set everything (updater and game) to run as admin, yet to no avail. The rewards are apparently separate files which download almost instantly. Is it true that only 1 file will install at the time? Every time, each file gets to 100%, it says downloaded, now it says Darkspawn chronicles (top of the list) is extracting, but also 100% and it doens't look like it's doing anything.

Return to Ostagar didn't work so I installed it manually. Now I tried to install it normally, but the download is back to 0% and won't start.

Any sound advice?

Else I'll be installing everything manually again. This sometimes screws with rewards, however. Couldn't get Blightblood earlier.

Installed manually. Works pretty well, I didn't even have to mess with authorisation or anything. Now my download cue is full every time but I guess I'll just have to live with that. At least I can play now.

Having the same problem with "The Stone Prisoner". It simply just stayed in the Downloading tab section at 100% with some others:crying:. I reinstalled to find Blood Dragon Armour on the other side of the card (Lol:P) and am downloading now. I downloaded Blood Dragon Armour just then, as it was first in the queue and in installations it's there and has the tick now^_^. Now I'm lying in wait, hoping that The Stone Prisoner and the others work aswell:unsure:.

Description: DLCs are stuck at 100% but do not move to install folder or extract.
Issue: It's either a corrupt file or permissions of Windows. In my case, it's Windows 7 64-bit.
Dragon Age and Awakening bought from Steam.

1. Find the Dragon Age application folder, named bin_ship. Standard Steam install on Windows 64 is:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\dragon age origins\\bin_ship
2. Right click on DAOrigins executable and choose Run as administrator from the menu.
3. Accept the permission, login with your account that contains the DLCs. Wait a few seconds and it should start extracting the 100% downloads.

Hope this helps.

it works now! :D

all i had to do is go to the "Game Patches" section on this very webpage and update it.
(to date the patch is v1.04).
