So, what's the idea here ?
Basically : I'm an illustrator. Being disappointed with the ending to ME3, as a form of closure, I started drawing some illustrations about the ending, to give shape to what I wanted it to be based on what I'd been given by the game.
And now, I'd like to make some more based on your ideas, and the endings you'd have liked to see.
So if you like what you see below, then feel free to post a small pitch about an illustration you'd like to see done !
It can be something related to the actual ending of the game. It can be a complete fantasy ending (though try to keep it Mass Effect themed). It can be a lot of things, actually, so don't hesitate to pitch, and I'll try to answer to everything if I can, or can't, do what you asked for.
Since I've been asked about it : I'm not asking for anything in return, except for your understanding that it takes time, and I may take some liberties with your pitch according to the way I can picture it (though I'll ask you first if those liberties are okay - for instance, see Sir Adamus' pitch below, and what it became).

Original idea :
"one of my ideal (headcanon) scenarios was just a photo of Shepard
and all the squadmates from the last 3 games who survived standing on a
beach with a Reaper corpse lying in the sea behind them, with Shepard
and Liara standing at the centre of the group with a little blue baby,
maybe Garrus holding a beer with his arm around Tali, Wrex and Jacob
present with their respective LIs, and then smaller photos of the
non-survivors placed around it (in my case, Kaidan, Mordin, Thane and
Legion), all sitting on Shep's desk on the Normandy.
My ending is beyond sappy happy, but I'd really like to see that."

Again : I can't guarantee I'll make illustrations for everyone, but you can be sure to try my best to (at the very least least) keep you updated on whether I can or can't do what I said. So if you like this idea - keep checking back, spread the word, spread the images :-)
As a last thing - for those of you interested, would it be easier to follow/post and keep track of requests for you if it were something like, I don't know, a Deviant Art gallery, or another type of online image viewing thing ?

Okay, so to make sure I don't make empty promises and since I've got enough requests to fill the next two to three months already, I'll have to say now that I will not add more requests to the list until I'm done with the current ones. But that's only something to ensure I don't make promises I can't keep. By the time I finish all of these illustrations, if any more pitches have been posted, I will of course consider them and eventually open new request lists.
I'll update the first list with all the new pitches when I'm done with the first four illustrations, and so on and so forth, and we'll see how it goes from there !

Well, this took way longer than I expected. I could play forever with those colour settings...
So, in celebration of the newly annouced "extended endings", here's a little take on what I thought (hoped ?) would happen at the end of my Shepard's journey.

Thought I could manage to finish it before the PAX panel, but a little bit after is fine too, I guess. After all, maybe we can expect that sort of scene from the director's cut, now, don't we ? Uh, perhaps we don't, actually... But that's what fantacizing (and speculating) is for.
