 1) I haven't seen reports of this anywhere else (but I haven't looked), but I'm having an issue were Shepard will frequently leave cover when attempting to use Medi-Gel.

2) After completing the Geth Dreadnought mission, if Shepard agrees that Gerrel was right to fire while he was in the dreadnought, Gerrel will turn his head almost completely around to look over his shoulder.
