I bought ME2 when it first came out. I bought some DL content, got extra armor and other bonuses. This was about a year ago, I guess. I played the game through back then and finished it.
Now, I'd like to play again, but I cannot connect to Cerberus network. I have no access to my downloaded content. I have no access to my bonuses. There is no phone number to call to get information. Hell, until right now, I couldn't even get into the FORUMS with my username and password.
THIS is why people KNOW that online authenticaion is crap. I BOUGHT this content, paid good money for it, and now I have to spend hours of my time dealing with someone elses bugs.
I won't be buying ME3 any time soon, I can tell you that.

Well, I FINALLY got the thing to connect. Still not amused that I even NEED a connection in order to use content that I paid for. ME3 looks interesting, but well... when I pay for something, I like to be able to use it, so I'm still not sure when/if I'll be getting it. Plus, there's that whole ending thing...
