O.K. we all saw that bug badass enery beam get shot out of the Crucible that blew up the relays. And for some reason certain flerps belive that because someone smashed a big rock into a relay, releasing the energy in a specific form harmful to everything that the same is going to happen with this.

It does not. (Unless you are a Derp that went and got the Crucible to misfire) The irrefutable reason for this is that we see the Normandy, and crew, chillin on some planet. The relay in Arrival wiped out the Bahak ( I think its that right) system in seconds, if the same was to happen here then Joker would be back to cosmic space dust, and not relaxing on some planet with his space wife making him a soda. O.K so what happens to the energy released. Well its theroised that energy can never be destroyed or made - only converted. The energy here was used to either ''Merge'', or ''Destroy'' or ''Control''. It is safe to assume that the energy here not only ripped apart the relays (Blowing a metaphorical fuse, thats as simple as I can make it) but was used to do whatever the Starchild, I mean Shepard chose. Not that hard if you think the amount of energy it would require to transport all of it across the Milky Way and enact the will of the Great Space Magician.
