The thread title reads as if we're asking about the hottest sounding VA, not the hottest looking.
The hottest sounding VA is Gwendoline Yeo, who does the voice for Shiala.
Gwendoline is easy on the eyes, too, although it's much harder to pick one when it comes to looks - so many of the VA's are beautiful.
