I don't know if this is related to the purchasing bug where equipment is lost or not; several days ago I received a N7 Crusader in a Premium Spectre pack purchase.  I was excited because it was all shiny and had the logo on the card and I was like, "yay!  my first super rare!"

Today it's gone.  I had actually forgotten about it (work takes precedence) until I saw someone today using it in a match.  I went to find it and couldn't.

This is a little irritating because I've purchase *way* too many of those premium Spectre packs and this was the only super rare I got.  I'd really like to get it back, please.

If it matters - if it's account related - I have lost several other purchases made with credits.  I didn't care too much though because those credits aren't really money.  You can earn it back.  Yea, it sucks, but I can deal with that.

There's a good chance I lost *more * than the N7 Crusader, but didn't notice.  Most of the other stuff I get I'm "meh, okay" about.  Reading through the other posts it seems like this would be related tangentially to the store purchase issue as some people report seeing new items appear, but never receiving them.  Which sucks.
