I lost 150k credits and 640 bioware pojnts because once I tried to use them (pressed the buy button), it errored out and the points/ credits disapeared.

it told me to contact customer support but this is all i could find.

Got the same problem as Jasonch, so far I've lost 480 bioware points. I hope this gets fixed soon, as it feels too risky to buy any packs at all, for either bioware points OR credits atm if they tend to get lost.

Contact EA support, I've had a few problems and the service reps were not that knowledgeable but they did eventually solve the problems with me guiding them through it some of the time. Try email or live chat.

I run a PS3. Bought Bioware points from the site under the impression that I was able to use them in my ME3 game store. It doesn't work, now does talking to a rep from Bioware/EA. I tried contacting live chat 3 times and all three ended up being closed as though they "fixed the issue", it's still not fixed. I also called on the phone and the rep got belligerant towards the end and also ended the phone call saying that he did all he could and that the "issue was fixed". They basically told me it was the PSN's problem and not EA/BioWare.
I contacted PSN and they provided me with all they could help me with, which was a re-hash of the things Bioware/EA suggested. Nothing has worked to date and I’m at a loos as to what to do from here, as both EA/Bioware & the PSN are convinced it’s the other side of the coin.
Totally frustrated. Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with these BioWare points I have in my account? Or suggestions as to what to say to the rep’s to clarify the situation?

I've got this same problem. What email should I use to contact Bioware's service reps?

Don't waste time with eMail. That's first. EA has the only official support. There is no Bioware tech support. Use the Chatline, it's the only reasonably responsive method.

That means there is no support, because there is no one here other than game player members (and EA Help's personnel *KNOW* that to be the case).
