Missing 99,000 credits, was told by Origin support to post here for assistance.
Contacted support earlier in the day (when credits were still there) about issue with failed purchases of the Premium Spectre Pack, was told by the CSR, Prince, that it was a known, temporary issue. Logged out for several hourse, when I logged back in was missing the credits.
