Will be playing at 1920x1080 and i'm sure there will be a few playing in higheer resolutions than that. So is there any scalabillity in the UI or am i going to have to knock it down a bit just so i can read the text:( (Which i've had to do with a few games) or sit too close to the telly :/

i am in the same boat as you and am interested... would hate the game to have a FOV problem with wide screen resolutions

I'm playing on a 32" 1080p TV and had to knock the resolution down to 720p cause the text was too small to read from where I sit which is about 5' away. I didn't see any option to scale the UI in the options menu.

I'm playing it on a 50" 1080p and it's incredible. Why wouldn't I want too?



The UI looks fine to me. I haven't done any detailed work to check field of view, but nothing looks weird about it as it has in other games where fov or UIs get butchered. Text is small of course, but completely legible.

I'm playing at 1920x1200 on a 24'. Sometimes I have to sit up to see it but I can read most of the dialogue choices just fine.

Its the same for me and for the most part I have no problem reading the text.  Now I do admit I don't have the greatest vision in the world so I think someone with good vision shouldn't have that much of a problem unless they like to sit as far back as then can from the monitor/TV.

There's a mod out that makes the conversation text larger, but that doesn't help with the rest of the GUI. Really hope Bioware can address this. Thankfully I know how to force my computer to let my monitor do the scaling so the lower res doesn't look that bad, but I'd love to be able to run at my native res if only for the screen shots.

I tried playing at the maximum available resolution but I needed a microscope to read the damn text. Please patch this.

The text is way too small for me as well. The codex is particularly bad. Dialogue font is ok, but bigger wouldn't hurt.
