 I love playing this game and will continue to do so, but disconnects from the ea servers(due to either finicky Internet or something server-side) are killing me.

This is why:

I play a game for 20 minutes, I lose connection to the servers(not xbl, mind you), and I'm left with nothing.

Here's what I think would help ease our pain:

1) if I don't rage-quit, then give me the xp/credit I earned before the disconnect! Seriously, there's no reason why I can't get the stuff I earned even if I disconnect. If I play with friends and we're disconnecting a lot, we'll play gold and purposefully wipe after wave 3 objective is done, so we have a chance to minimize how many credits we lose if one of us gets dropped.

2) is it possible to have equipments removed from my inventory post-match instead of pre-match? I mean, if I'm losing my credits, xp, and basically wasting my time, can I at least keep my equipment? Or does that have to add insult to injury?

Like I said, I love this game and I love bioware and I will continue to play everything you develop, but if I disconnect on another extraction wave on gold, I might lose my mind.

That's not a bad idea. An unstable connection keeps me from playing online for extended periods, so earning xp/credit after each wave would be much appreciated.

I was hoping it wasn't just me getting dumped. And YES I agree with gavin, on all counts.

An explanation of why we're being disconnected would be nice as well (to the community, not for every drop).

Nothing worse than a disconnect on WAVE 1!!! where you loose your equipment before you even get a kill in....
Well, disconnect on extraction may be worse...espically on those RARE instances where I'm in first or second place

This just happened to me yet again. Wave ten on silver, 20 seconds left and the LZ was cleared. Nothing in our way, then I am kicked out. Thirty thousand credits, 300 thousand experience down the crapper. This is at least the fifth time this has happened to me, and its really starting to get old.

One thing thats been helping to fix the problem (if I am playing with a friend, and the game has enough time left) I go back to the Xbox dash and reload the game. Friend invites me and I join back in. From my experience so far, you really only lose the stuff you missed. When there is only twenty seconds, this obviously isn't an option.

Bioware, I buy nearly every one of your games on release day and will continue to do so. You have a loyal customer. I ask that you please fix this problem.

I know your asking this for the right reason but what about people who would abuse it.
Say your in mission 11 and some guy just says "F- you guys your all noobs" or something or that elk and your down a player?
