The usual EA BS. Game is great but some little technical issue prevents people from enjoying the game.
I just forwarded the ports mentioned above and will see if that helps. The cloud computing idea only works if your servers can handle it. This kind of garbage really frustrates me...

Update to the latest patch 1.02 to fix this problem. Works for me. As per the patch release notes:
"Various issues could occasionally cause uploads to the online player profile
to fail unexpectedly. This no longer occurs."
