I have the collector's edition for the PC and have downloaded and installed the pre-order and collector's edition items, but I can't seem to register my game here. It keeps saying invalid code or whatever. I mean its the same code as the one you used to install right? I've tried again and again.

I also have the PC Version of the Collector's edition and I get the same Invalid Code error when trying to register it on the Social Site.

I have the Digital Collector's Edition purchased from Impulse and when I try to enter the product key in the pre-game registration screen it says that the key ha alreay been used. When I try to enter it on the site, it says that it is invalid. Very frustrating.

No problem with the DD version from EA, key entered with the format:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX including the dashes.

I preordered the game online, so it should come with the two preorder rings, the blood dragon armor, and the DLC for Warden's Keep, but I can't find any way to actually redeem the keys to get these items. Any help would be appreciated

It's also telling me my code is invalid... how do you install the CE and Preorder stuff? I redeemed the codes.. can't see how to DL...

I'm having the same problem, having downloaded the game from D2D.

The codes for the items and DLCs work fine. Weird.

Nevermind I have it downloading... So just the problem of it telling me my code is invalid to register the game. EA pissed we bought it off Steam? They certainly held it out till just about the near ****g end.

 The game never asked me for any CD keys and I can't find a way to submit them to get the DLC that comes with it. I have the digital standard version, I also pre-ordered it, so I should get the pre-order rings, the blood dragon armor, and which ever of the two DLC. How am I supposed to input my keys?

The game says I have those things downloaded and installed as well, but how to I retrieve those special items and the DLC menu in the game shows both DLCs, but I should already have one removed...this is so confusing, I've never had this much trouble with DLC from a game.

I have tried to install the game three times and when i try to start the game i get a misconfigeration

am unable to get game to load bought the dtd verison and downloaded it yesterday evening when i got home from work today was ready for install but i get a message that there is and install already running and after the install i get a misconfiguration message and told to reload have done this three times

I got the Impulse Digital Deluxe version.  Once I got the email with all my codes in it, I followed the link to register everything here.  I verified that I was logged in to my account (I definitely was) and submitted my codes.  Each one returned both a "could not register the code" message and a "code registered successfully" message.

After I finished installing DAO I tried launching it and it prompted me for a code or a login.  I logged in, and it said it couldn't activate it with that account.  So I attempted to input the code again from within the game's prompt and it said the code had already been used to register a copy of the game and could not be used for me.

So I now can't even launch the game (I am stuck at the registration screen).

How the freak do you do this. I downloaded the character gen, and created a character and then it says upload. So I do that, but it says it wont upload because I'm not a member of the community. I have a profile on their site, but can't upload anything. It's freaking retarded. How do I do this!!!! So then I try to register my game, and can't find the UPC code anywhere how do I do this!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the 360 version.

ok I got the PS3 Version, D/L the Extra items. Then when I went to go buy Warden's Keep it screwed up my Profile so I can't log into the Playstation Store, and all my D/L items are gone. when I went to my Account status to see what was wrong it gives me an error.

Okay...I just figured out how to register all the codes. I did that, and I see no way to actually GET any of the DLC i just redeemed codes for...
