"This is my Favorite store on the Citidel"
"I should go"
That reaper sound from ME3. .. I want to say "honk", but it's way more than that.
(whoops! serious necro there. Sry!)

I used the application linked in one of the above posts and unpacked the .pcc files and was going to have to look through over 50,000 .ogg files for the one that I wanted. You saved me from hours (or days) worth of searching!!! Thank you so much. I was looking for the "ME - Normandy VidComm Signal". Might I ask...how did you do it? How did you find these individual audio files among all of those...or did you simply record during gameplay?
Thanks again!

You could just record the sounds from your TV/Xbox 360 console.
Insert a 3.5mm jack from your TV's headphone socket and lead it into your computer's microphone input (another 3.5mm jack) these cables are about 3- 4 pounds from ebay and you can get all the sounds from your game that way. Chances are you have at least one of these cables kicking round your house somewhere
Oh you need some recording software too.
Google audacity. It's free and great to use
Hope this helps.
Or search for: how to record sounds from TV into PC using headphone socket.
