 Since i can't play ME3 without a great internet connection, i went back to ME2... I've never had this problem before..every time i go to Illium, the load screen acts normally til it doesn't load and freezes and a microsoft windows has stopped working error message pops up.. this had happened 6 times so far. I still have the Shadow Broker to do in this run through...

please help.

Just the same as if the game never worked at all, provide the standard problem report that we use here as SOP. Pacifien's outline on top covers it.
