Diablo 3. It's more mainstream and probably has less of the "problems" that DAO has, which are rooted in gameplay and action.

It's possible that Diablo 3 will have a large amount of backlash. It's in a tricky spot where if they change too much it won't be considered a proper sequel but if they keep things too similar it will seem like a rip off.

i would choose DA:O
if they where released together (2010-2011 is likely diablo 3's release date) then DA:O would be more polished and more awesome
but if diablo 3 is released together with DA:O (present) diablo 3 would suck XD sorry about that, just look at WOW. but im still hoping diablo 3 comes out good well at least better then torchlight.
DNF development team was rumored playing too much WOW lol
