What exactly happened with this? I thought everyone who had an activated BF3 online pass would get this kit for ME3's multiplayer? Since I know we won't get an actual answer here in the PS3 section, I'm also going to post this in the Xbox section...

I thought that kit didn't work for the ps3? Only 360 and pc. I could be wrong.

I have ME3 on xbox and BF3 on PC, but I still don't see the armour. Do I have to create a new soldier or sth?

it only works if you have battlefield and mass effect 3 on the same platform , so to get it on the 360 you would need to own me 3 and battlefield 3 on the 360 , for pc you need me 3 and bf3 for the pc.

funny when u compare what happen here with elementary school.
we all go to the same school & learn the same thing, but when it come to go play outside, we dont go play in the same yard as the other peoples. They keep us in a black cage to be sure we dont get and see what other kids got...

I have BF3 and ME3 on PS3, but I guess it doesn't matter. We are unworthy of the BF3 soldier kit in Bioware's eyes.

its due to the same 'limitations' that mean we cant do the weekly events :/
Annoying (and slightly funny at the same time) considering the fact that Battlefield 3 is primarily a PS3 game :/

Rather then getting DLC a week before other platforms I thought BF3 was primarily a PC game.

Pretty silly the BF3 Soldier is PC/XBOX only. The Collector Assault Rifle is PC/XBOX only. The multiplayer events that reward items are PC/XBOX only. I'm starting to notice a pattern...

It was built as a PS3 game, but due to the PC being slightly more powerful, they get bigger online matches and the graphics are slightly sharper (from what I have read in the past anyway)

So, with the launch of this "Manifest" feature, I have a new question regarding the BF3 soldier kit.

Why does it appear on a PS3 player's manifest if it was never even possible to obtain it?

They copy-pasta'd the Xbox and PC manifests and simply forgot to remove the stuff Bio... I mean Sony aren't allowing us to have. Kind of a slap in the face if you ask me, oh well. Luckily I'm a masochist. <3
