What exactly are you asking for? Just a mode that's even easier than Bronze?

Bronze is about as non-serious as it gets, just versus Cerberus/Geth. Although for casuals it is still hard, I know some people who can't even complete campaign on anything above easy.

Bronze = casual
Silver = standard
Gold = are you nuts???

(For the record, I normally play Silver, Bronze when I'm just restarting a PC or below level 10ish)

Um Bronze really is easy mode. I feel invincible on bronze after playing only silver and gold for ages. Bronze is even easy on my level 1s.

Bronze = Easy Win Mode.

If level 1's can do Gold... then a level negative 20 should be able to do bronze if they have decent guns.

Honestly, Gold isn't even hard anymore, and my N7 level is less than 100. I've beaten it with a random group of people with a random assortment of classes. I'm not a hardcore FPS player and I'm starting to see why people want a Platinum difficult.

Bronze really is as easy as it gets. Even with all beginner weapons, a person completely new to the game can clear Bronze on a first or second attempt.

I can literally roll my face across my keyboard and score top dog in Bronze.

I'm not sure how much easier it can possibly get.

Ok so now you're talking about solo play. Well thats your problem. This is a multiplayer mode, I'm sorry to say but you should not expect a multiplayer setting to set the difficulty for solo players (outside of adding bots to play without, but I doubt that would happen).

Whats wrong with just quick joining a random bronze match if you just want to shoot the breeze?

I don't see the harm is adding it. It's not as if the people who find gold a walkthrough have to play a easy mode game.

If they do add easy mode, then I want my Platinum mode as well.

I'm not sure how they'd scale the xp/credits for it, but there's nothing inherently wrong with the idea.  I use Bronze almost exclusively for dorking around, but then I've been playing video games almost my entire life, so I'm not in a position to knock the truly casual player for not being able to match my performance.  That said, I seem to put up a fairly average performance based on the scores, and I seem to have gotten about as good as I'm going to.

  I'd probably have a hard time playing it (bronze can give me fits, since I've gotten used to Silver/Gold) but I'm all for more inclusive options.

Have you seen story mode in the SP? That's so easy most enemies die if you glare at them.
Bronze is roughly the same as the middle difficulty in SP.

Honestly Bronze feel like Hard in SP. I play mainly Normal in games.

Bronze difficulty is the same as SP Normal. It is harder than SP Narrative and Casual.
Silver = Hardcore
Gold = Insanity

Why do people have to be so harsh? More options is a good thing, even if you never use them. It brings in more people, more people means more money, more money means greater commitment from BioWare, greater commitment from BioWare means more chance of getting DLC or for DLC's to be free like the one we are about to get and keeping the servers active for longer.

My N7 level is more then 300, but i don't feel a need to look down on others who want to have an easier time of it. More power to you.

Lets just add another difficulty at the top of the scale, Platinum or Iron or something and make a difficulty below Bronze.

Call it Tin.

Play the single player and create permanent save points at the start of the N7 side missions.  Same maps, similar format, A LOT easier.

You say you want a difficulty level for playing alone, but this is a co-op game. It's made to be played with other people.
