Well my answer probably won't be very relevant, I'm obviously biased but... I think it's because he's very loyal to Shep, he evolves a lot during the trilogy, he has a strange and endearing mix of badassery and adorkableness, he's funny, dedicated, efficient in combat, etc. Plus there's the "exotic" charm of being an alien which often makes characters popular.SNascimento wrote...
