GC = Godchild
Shephard = SH
Shephard gets raised up to the platform, and a voice states...
GC: "Accessing protocol XXX. Conditions have been fulfilled. Greetings, Commander Shephard."
Godchild appears.
SH: "What? Who are you?"
GC: "We were (I assume it's a collection of scientists) the creator of the Reapers. During the era of our time, there was a galatic war between Organics and Synthetics. This war went on for thousands of years, and there was never any peace between us. It... could not be resolved."
GC: "Furthermore, at the apex of our battles, the Synthetics grew increasingly ruthless and began to exploit the Mass Relays (I know there's some tidbit of information that stats Mass Relays are created by Reapers but it should have been really created by the creator) weakness, causing a supernova explosion that wiped out systems."
GC: "We could not stop them."
GC: "And in the end... we had no choice but to resort to drastic measures."
GC: "We created what you know now as Reapers and were ultimately effective agains the synthetics."
SH: "I do not understand! If Reapers are created to destroy synthetics, why are they targetting us as well?!"
GC: "We... did not do that."
GC: "Soon after the synthetics were defeated by the Reapers, they began targetting the organics as well. Their logic has been twisted, and they most likely assumed that Organics will always create Synthetics, and they will always end up in war, killing each other. They must have thought to implement order in a sense by doing all these."
SH: "Then how do we stop the Reapers? The crcucible doesn't work!"
GC: "No. It does. We are the final piece that is missing from it."
GC: "We have created a fail-safe against the Reapers, but we ultimately overran by the Reapers during our era, and could not construct the super weapon to stop them."
GC: "But you are here now, Shephard, you succeeded along with the rest of the galaxy."
GC: "However, taking out the Reapers will also destroy the Mass Relays. We can give our technology to you to rebuild things. All we need is a specific platform, something like your omnitool or a synthetic."
SH: "How about EDI, she's an AI."
GC: "That will do. I am now finding her position. Done. Would you like to speak with them?"
*Shephard speaks to Joker, informs him to pick up allies, and informs EDI to get the technology"
*Goes on to the three specific endings,
Destroy - Simply makes reapers go boom.
Order - Reapers leave and logic gets rewritten by Shephard.
Synthesis - By changing the combination of organics and synthetics, Reapers recognizes you as one of them and leaves forever.
PS: You get the gist. I'm not going into super fine dialogues and whatever, but
- Give reapers some sense of mystery for their logic (twisted)
- Godchild is MORE appealing and makes HUMAN sense now.
- Joker picks up allies but incur the wrath of Reapers behind him (justifying the stupid cinematics), and he tries to run away (probably using the Mass Relay now)
- Shephard gets to live, maybe.
- Technology passed on to EDI, also has locations of maps and worlds, allowing the other Aliens to go searching for food.
- Mass Relays get rebuilt.
