Well, I  have my actual game discs for ME2, and I managed to install the game, however, I lost the manual (which had the 20 digit key), and this account I'm using now, is apparently not the same account I used for my DLC stuff. (I guess the account I'm using now shows as Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3 being active on it)   I have the Cerberus Network Activation code, but I think I need the EA login.  Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get that?   I just need to know the account name and then I should be able to figure out which password I used.

Best option is go to EA support page and try and explain the situation to an online advisor, although without the game serial (not Cerberus code) they might not be able to help.
