Garrus and Kaidan for one of my sentinels.

Garrus/Ashley was my main squad. When Ash was in the hospital though my squad was Garrus/EDI. I changed around squadmates and found most of the good for something. Laria was the only one I disliked using.

She would die all the time and other then Sur'Kesh her banter was not that good.

I try to be equal to my squadmates, but Garrus is overwhelmingly picked for a majority of the game on all of my playthroughs. He's my boy. My second squadmate is usually between Tali and Liara, but I like Liara as an actual battle mate and Tali for dialogue.

LOL, same.  Though I've been pretty good about swapping out the other squaddies in the second slot.  I'd say after Garrus, I took Liara and Tali with me the most often.

Ditto, he was there from 1 to 3.

I think there was probably just 1 or 2 side missions when I didn't have Garrus with me. He was with me during all the main missions right after he was recruited.

Of course it varies from time to time, but this was usually what I did.

I use 4 squadmates; EDI, Garrus, Kaidan and James. But I use EDI and Garrus the most so they are my favourite ME3 squadmates.

I used Garrus and EDI the most. I was going to use Garrus/Ashley like I did on ME1, but then she took half the game to show up and then once she got there I was doing missions with forced squaddies and in the end she just didn't get used at all.

I try to use all 4 squadies equally. Garrus & Liara before Citadel II, Kaidan & Garrus/Tali/Liara after coup.

I guess answer to OP's question is Kaidan & Garrus (same as ME1 team).

Don't use EDI or James if I don't have to.

If I were able to my dream team would be Kaidan & Miranda.

 For me I'm conflicted between James, EDI, and Javik (lol, all the shiny new toys). I like having James around, he's a go-getter and somebody that has a unique relationship with Shep. EDI is just amazingly loyal and helpful, and her sense of humor as an AI is priceless. And Javik is the much-needed dark personality who's really interesting.

After that it goes (4) Garrus... (5) Kaidan/Ashley (both rank the same)................ (6) Tali......................................... (7) Liara.
