 I'm just bought "Mass effect 3 collector edition" and enter my DLC password @origin

ans still can not connect to EA server and open DLC

can anyone tell me when the server will running again ? 

coz i don't want to play until DLC is activate.

Or anyone can tell how to open DLC or how to enable this stupid EA servers ?
