How could these be made when they're all dead?
I'd like to know what makes you think everyone's dead?
As the creator of the artworks, I have posted a short but comprehensive answer in reply to some of the key questions asked by people upon viewing these artworks. Since the answers contained spoilers to an extent, I've posted it on the Spoiler Allowed section. Feel free to have a look, and I'm looking forward to share my thoughts or answer more questions regarding to these three pieces.
Also I'd like to thank
kanedahuang for posting these artworks here for me when I didn't have a BSN account back then. I consider myself to be fortunate to meet such a kind and initiative person.

But for a little practical criticism? Specifically for the Asari mural: The races are wrong for those standing against the Reapers. Furthermore, the Reapers are wrong, since they're based on the previous races' abilities and the current races indoctrination/corruption. So there wouldn't be turian/marauders, or asari banshees, or, etc. It'd be the races that went extinct.
So the direction of the art has to change: the stone age-esque races not being led into conflict and should instead be hiding or otherwise left unharvested (such as the first two murals brilliantly portrayed) --- or the races need to change (to the races that went extinct 50,000 years ago) to reflect what was actually being told. Just because the viewers may not recognise the previous races doesn't meant they wouldn't appreciate it if you added something familiar to contrast and identify with.
Lastly, the leader figure is wrong in the Asari mural. It would make more sense to have a Prothean as the central figure, since it was the Protheans that led the last fight and tried to unite the races, albeit under subjugation.
It doesn't work as a foretelling either, since the central figure is not representative of Shepard. Besides, 'manifest destiny' in science fiction is a horrible cheat and should be avoided like book-ended beginnings/endings. I loathe the latter.
Edit: I don't want to end a criticism with loathing something. The art here was great; the artist obviously cared for what they were doing and it shows. And, well, two out of three isn't bad! (Just the Asari one is off.)

I think the art is great, and it fits with some of the murals we saw in ME3 very well.

These aren't historical paintings, these are representations of the three endings, destroy, control, and synthesis.
That's why shepard is the one in all of them, becausee these are pictures from our cycle, not a previous one.
