i finished a gold match with over 190,000 credits saved up, gained two levels, entered the store, lost my level progress and my credits dropped to a little over 20,000.

i also had negative 8 or so skill points. i bought a recruit pack to see if things would adjust themselves, but no dice.

so i readied up (figuring what the heck), made it to wave 4, and then it said everybody went down, even though we hadn't (and couldn't damage anything). the host left, we migrated to another host and ended up just half submerged in the terrain.

totally bizarre.

i... guess i don't know what... to do now...? tips?

You should probably post this again in the multiplayer forum. Your problem sounds nasty and you're a lot more likely to get help due to the high traffic + mods there. Kind of a ghost town here unfortunately.

The only time I had negative skill points was when I had just promoted a class and then immediately got a character card for that class in a pack. It turned out that I still had the same skill allocations as the level 20 I'd promoted, but had something like -78 points available.

The second half of your post just sounds bizarre!

so i did the EA advisor chat and the advisor told me that 'your things will be refunded to you when the department has resolved these issues' and that the department is on it... when i asked him about those negative skill points, he said that this too would be resolved. when i asked him for a timeline, he said it would be very soon.

in other words... the poor advisor had no idea what to tell me. i'm sure the number of complaints he must get is staggering. i used a respec card to return my skill points to a positive balance and it deducted those negative eight points...

i took him back into gold to polish him back up to level 20 and once more it reset.

i think my engineers are broken.

I had something similar, though not as extreme.
I finished a Silver round with 30k+ credits and 300k exp or so, I went to purchase a pack and I lost all my credits and exp... Turned the PS3 off and then loaded Multiplayer, it was all there.
Not sure if that'll help, but just for future advice.
