I found a similar thread in the Xbox360 technical support section :

InHarmsWay wrote...

Anyone else facing this problem? In the long walk segment one of my team mates doesn't show up on the bottom of the screen or the radial wheel, but is still visible. Then it gets to the final confrontation and both team mates completely disappear. Not on the status area of the screen, the radial wheel or are even physically there.

So, briefly, this mission is all messed-up for me.

I go through the vales part. The fighting music doesn't play properly when I fight, sometime starting, sometime stopping suddenly (it's a shame, because it makes the whole fight so epic).

Then, when I get to the long walk, I select who does what (Jack for biotic shield, etc.), then I select my two partners (Tali, Garus). But the thing is, they are both with me fighting, but Tali isn't visible in the power menu. Which is... awkward.

Finally, when my Shepard does her final speech, I select my two squadmates. The camera moves like if someone was climbing on the platform to join me, but I see nobody doing so. I remain alone on the platform seeing, again, Thane and Tali staying with the others even though I just called them. When the last part (with the flying platforms) starts, they are with me, but both invisible through the power menu. I can't select any power or target them to go anywhere.

The game is still playable, but it's somewhat annoying in the end, because if one of them get downed, I can't revive him/her and... lol, my cutscenes get all screwed up.

I have been playing ME2 for ages with all the DLC, it never happened to me before. I did have to reinstall it in January, but I don't recall meeting this bug ever since.

Any solution?

Thanks!

That's pretty odd from watching all those videos. From what I can tell, it seems the graphics is the issue. But I'm not sure if it is the drivers that's causing it or the shader package is screwed royally.

Here's probably what I'll do. Did you upgrade the video card drivers to the latest ones? If not, upgrade them and try again. Also, did you overclock your system in any way? Usually glitches like what you're experiencing is the symptoms of that so try getting your system back to stock settings.

Also, you need to follow Pacifen's post in posting your specs. Usually that helps out a lot to troubleshoot.
