I admit i was a bit lazy and didn't delve too much into the character, but i do know how smart you guys are so maybe you can help?
The char as a whole seems a bit crooked to me - on the one hand its def a power based char but it has the tech armor with the cooldown penalty which is considerable, on the other it has the nice combination of both overload and warp, but he can't set up his own detonations.
Also should i rank fitness to level 3 only? does the TA makes up for the low shield & health?
i've been freestyling with it while using only phalanx for better CD and it worked relatively well on bronze, but everything workes well on bronze so its not a good indication really...

P.S - is it only in my PC that he can't do any combat roles?? Cause that's damn restrictive and screws with my gameplay habits...i'm used to role around when losing shields/getting out of cover etc....
