Just Shepard and a Valkyrie. And sometimes, depending on the situation, together with a Javelin or Graal as well.

Raptor and scorpion, both with explosive incendiary or disruptor ammo as needed. Cut through most enemies like a hot knife through butter.

Hell yeah for particle rifle.

Man I tried out every assault rifle I picked up and purchassed, only to find that the Prothean Particle rifle was my favourite.

As an engineer, never having to pick up any ammo was great. Equipping more than one weapon isn't the best strategy (unless they're very light weapons).

It's weak, but has a high rate of fire to compensate.

I'm going to be controversial.

I actually love the raptor and the scorpion too.
So many people don't like those two weapons.

I only brought the revenant with me. Love that gun. Insanity was a cake walk.

It's a decent gun once you have the stability mod. Without it, your gun is shaking too much!

To the OP, im surprised your Shepard was even able to walk lugging around all that equipment haha.

All on insanity BTW with the Ammo power evolution, not the weight one.

For the most part I went Katana and Black Widow. Second play through Falcon with cryo rounds. That was a lot of fun.

Particle Rifle and Disciple SG. With both at level 5 my cooldown bonus was over 100%. Mostly I used the rifle but there were a few occasions where I loved having a shotgun. I would let Garrus and James keep them busy while I used AR to get in close and *BLAM*.
