Update: I have not received the correct amount of points and now I see in my account activity the status is closed. Does anyone got any idea on what to do?

I'm new to the bioware points stuff and 3 days ago I bought 1600 points for €13.94 with Mastercard. I received a mail with purchase confirmation, but find out that I only had received 560 points on my accoun. On my account activity I could see the order was still open, so I figured the money just needed to be transferred. Now however my account activity says that I have bought 560 points for €13.94. I don't understand what went wrong. If anyone can give any advice on what to do...
