Not sure if this is the correct forum, but here it goes anyway. What DLC is NOT included in the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2?

Lots. According to the Mass Effect wiki it comes with Collector armour and assault rifle and the Incisor sniper rifle, and assuming you buy it new you'll get the Cerberus network as well so you can get Zaeed and his mission, the Normandy crash site, the Cerberus armour and shotgun, the Arc Projector heavy weapon and the Firewalker pack. So if you want them you'll need to pay for the following:
Kasumi and her mission
Lair of the Shadow Broker mission
Overlord mission
Arrival mission
Equaliser pack (Inferno armour and a couple of armour pieces)
Aegis pack (5 Kestrel armour pieces and the Incisor rifle that DDE already comes with)
Firepower pack (Mattock heavy rifle, Geth plasma shotgun and Phalanx heavy pistol)
Alternate appearance pack 1 (Garrus, Jack and Thane)
Alternate appearance pack 2 (Grunt, Miranda and Tali)
It also does not come with any of the promo DLC stuff like the Dr Pepper gear as far as I've been able to tell.
