He trips and manages to pick destroy, control, and synthesis all at once. Don't ask me how, he's conrad, he'll find a way to screw up that badly.

I know its only one but:

Vega out : Legion In.
EDI out : Mordin In.
Kaiden out : Grunt/Samara/Jack
Tali out : Kal'Reegar

Didn't really like any of the above characters, all felt boring (except EDI, mildy entertaining, just want my ship, on my ship) especially Vega who I tried talk to multiple times but just ignored me

I'd trade my whole squad and crew, might need a pilot so I'd keep Joker, for Thane. But if I had to trade out one, Liara out you go. Then I would drag Thane and Javik with me everywhere and have the squad of my dreams. After that, I'd have the Love Boat going on. Joker/EDI, Tali/Garrus, Ken/Gabby, Ashley/Vega and Shep/Thane. Javik could stick around telling us how gross and idiotic we were and that cross species mating is pointless.

Edi for Thane.

Don't get me wrong I didn't mind Edi getting a body but, well I'd rather have my assassin in Life Support...
(Not to mention that Edi's skillset does not help my Infiltrator gameplaywise)

I couldn't switch out Javik or Vega though, I actually liked both of them (espicially Javik)

Anybody for a Krogan. No tactical/strategical reason. I just like Krogan.

Ashley/Kaidan for Jack = Boring humans for Interesting human
Vega for Zaeed = Old, funny, tattooed soldier for Young, not as funny, tattooed soldier

The rest of the squad I actually like, but I can pick more I'll have have both Aethyta and Aria too! can never have too much Asari, plus they have awesome VA's, they are both badass and generally does not give a crap about anybody lol would also add some life to that stupid lounge on the Normandy.

Definitely agree with EDI/out and Legion/IN.

Mainly because EDI can communicate with you via the Normandy and doesn't physically need to be there.

Order I'd get them off the SR2 in ME3:
1. EDI (the "platform," at least)
2. Javik
3. Tali (JUST because she doesn't show up until halfway throught he game and has limited content after that!)
4. Vega
5. VS
6. Liara (because Garrus is more useful in combat)
7. Garrus

Order of former squaddies I'd take:
1. Wrex
2. Zaeed
3. Samara
4. Jacob (Yes! S*ck it! I liked ME2 Jacob!)
5. Legion
6. Mordin
7. Grunt
8. Jack (She's better in ME3, but I'm basing this on past iterations)
9. Miranda (Best moveset in ME2, but didn't like her personality as much as some other characters)
10. Thane
11. Kasumi

For My Paragon Shepard I would have exchanged Liara for Jack prompting a conflict between her and Ashley. If they had played less pivotal roles then I would have loved to have Wrex and/or Legion replace James.
