*sigh*

This is just making me depressed about all the people I'd like to bring with me but can't.

It would be okay if I still got a solid amount of content with the characters who weren't on my team, but I didn't. The lion's share of the content went to the squadmates, as usual, and they weren't squadmates I really wanted with me. I experienced the final climactic installment of the series with people I didn't feel the strongest connection to. Saddening.

Nothing to be done for it.

Thane for EDI or Liara. Reasons; obviously a Thane fan, and I almost always play as either an Infiltrator or Engineer, so I don't really need EDI (especially once Tali comes along). And Liara I just really wanted her to stay on board her SB ship. Love her, but that is still what I wished.

Would have been fun to have swappable (sure....it's a word <grin>) squaddies. Admittedly not so viable with resources, but would make one helluva game! Lots of replayability and being able to run with old favorites and still have a few new faces (if you so choose).

I would definitely have swapped EDI for Thane, seeing as I never used EDI in ME3 and the whole Joker/EDI thing kind of got annoying after a while.. at first I thought i'd swap Vega for Thane but then Vega actually kind of grew on me by the end.

EDIT: Oh wait, Kaidan! I totally forgot about Kaidan haha I'd swap him for Thane any day lol

Jack for Liara. Liara sucks in a fight.
I would have like to have Wrex or Grunt instead of Vega. I liked Vega a lot, I just missed having a Krogan on my squad.

Let's see, my dream team

Garrus (excellent fire support no matter what class you run)

Vega (I like him better than Grunt, Wrex has more important thing to do and he's a damn good tank)

Tali (Variable support role, like Garrus she gets the hat trick for being there for all 3 games, one of my 3 favorite MaleShep LIs and I just like her)

Jack (Better in a fight than Liara, more entertaining and isn't as clingy)

Ashley (Can't stand Kaiden, she's good in a fire fight and she's one of my 3 favorite MaleShep LIs)

Miranda (Good with weapons, good tech skill set, and one of my 3 favorite MaleShep LIs)

EDI (Good all around support for most classes and I can't deprive Joker of his LI)

I would replace everyone but Garrus and Tali for Thane, Legion, Mordin, Kasumi, Miranda, Jack and Grunt!!

Even though I like EDI, Javik and Vega,  i would replace them without a second thought ;D
Just don't care about Liara and Kaidan =P

So:

• Chobot for...anyone (probably Emily Wong)
• James for Thane
• EDI for Legion
• Ashley/Kaidan for Aria (after ME2, couldn't really care less about VS)

And just for fun

• Javik for Blasto
