First of all, at Mars when shooting at the glass (after you turned off your flashlight so Cerberus troops in the other room don't spot you right away) the bullet of the Scorpion doesn't penetrate and break the glass, nor does the ensuing explosion. That was weird #1 (Luckily, I remembered Liara's Singularity does break the glass)
In the second scenario, when attempting to kill Dr. Eva, when using the Scorpion to attempt to kill her, the bullet throws her several meters back (while Throw etc don't affect her) and keeps her stuck to the vehicle she appeared from. However, after ME3 determines the pre-set action time is over, Eva standard kills me while she WAS stuck and I had damaged her with the blasts. Even 'better', I have no save from beforehand and would need to replay the entire mission. It doesn't take THAT long, but it is a hell of a nuisance.

i had the same issue, i finally got past it by switching guns as fast as i could and headshotting her. it took several tries. but it is annoying that they do not give enough time for the explosions to go off.
