Are there anyways to save a disloyalty character in mass effect 2 sucide mission?
thane and miranda are disloyal and they died on my first run..will these have any effect on mass effect 3?

They'll still be dead in ME3, which in Thane's case can have a pretty big impact, but there's another character who can fill the same role as Thane. So your ME3 scenario now depends on this second character's survival.
A disloyal character can be saved by having them in the "defend" team on the final leg of the suicide mission. If you leave behind strong defensive characters (Grunt, Garrus, Zaeed) they can cover for 1-2 disloyal/weak squad members. Since you apparently have a loyal Mordin, make sure he's *not* in the defend team. Tali as well. They're very weak and will drag the team as a whole down to the point where disloyal/weak characters will start dying. If you take them both with you, or send one back as a crew escort and take the other, it should still be possible to keep everyone on the defending team alive.

True. Legion and Zaeed were disloyal on my first playthrough, made it through okay. Mordin died because I foolishly sent him into the tube, but that's playing without a walkthrough for you =)
