Total confusion. After the godkid stopped talking I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I had to go to youtube to figure out what my choices were again.

Then I found out it didn't really matter. Good times.

This Starchild thing talks way too fast...the Reapers need to be destroyed and Shep can't die...it might be 50/50 that he lives if I pick that one, no chance in hell for the others.

It took a while after that for me to get the disc back in the 360 and start another playthrough. If anything, the forums inspired me more than the game itself.

I was sad Shepherd died. Then I was eager to find out what the other ends were so I came here...

Already knew about the ending before I even got 10% through the game as I was looking up info about classes and the like.
Turns out it literally meant jack wether I should use the Collector Base save or who I romanced.

Finally reach the end dash for Harbringer. Even without knowing whats coming I didnt bother to dodge because its obvious the event is completely scripted to get you shot. Harbringer hits you with a beam and then I just decided to say screw the rest of the game.

As far as I am concerned Shepard died the moment that beam hit him. It is beyond retarded for entire ships to be obliterated under those beams but somehow one man can survive the hit.
Didnt we just face off against a Destroyer on Rannoch that vaporises you if you dont dodge the beam... well... Harbringer just struck us and we survive ?

Sorry, thats just the beginning and end of complete suspension destruction.

Then we get shot... with shreded armor by Marauder Shields - Uh huh, burnt badly and now we bleed out

Then TIM appears from nowhere and can magically use mind control - Riiiight.
Then we finally pass out on the EXACT SPOT that allows us to rise up on the magic elevator.

Come on Bioware, are your writing staff seriously this retarded ?
Then the follow up scenes just confirm that whoever wrote this ending IS retarded.

Then... BUY MORE DLC !
At that point my disgust with Bioware is beyond words.

i thought i must have done something wrong and got one of the worst endings. i thought there is no way the amazingly well wriiten mass effect trilogy could end like THIS, with a plot device taken from the movie contact.
so i checked online and found out nope the only thing i missed is shepard taking a breath and i was struck with a profound sense of disbelief.
Then i thought about EVERY pre-release interview about ME3 and that disbelief turned to righteous indignation as i realized that i had been BLANTANTLY lied to. This turned to anger on behalf of myself and everyother fan of this series as i thought about the time, money, and emotion we all had invested in ME only for bioware to give us an ending that translate to:
"We have your money already we dont give a sh** about mass effect or its fans anymore suck on our artistic integrity"

HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US BIOWARE? HOW?
