Dear Bioware

I just finished the second to last mission and I am about to begin the final one but my game will not load. I see the cut scene with Earth and then the load screne with the Normandy in FTL speed comes up and the game does not go past that part. I left the load screne on for about 5 minuets before I had to return to the Xbox dash board.

On a side note twice during the gameplay many of Shepard's e-mails were deleted and my effective military strenght went to 0. Both glitches were fixed by exiting and restarting the game.

I  am very anxious to start the final mission but unfortunatly cannot proceed. Do you have any suggestsions, I am afraid I will need to buy a new game since I cannot find my original receipt.
