I recently bought a 1600 MS point card and I was able to use some of the points but then all of a sudden....the option to buy multiplayer packs with MS points just.....dissappeared from the menu. I have enough MS points to buy two more packs and then it became impossible to buy anymore. The only way it is now possible for me to buy packs is to earn enough in-game credits. It's like the game ran out of ideas of what to give me and threw its hands up and gave up. I know I have enough MS points (and even if i did not it would still give me the option to use MS points but I would have to buy more from Xbox Live), but it seems that the game has some how reverted back to the settings of the Demo version. Meaning that I can't use MS points anymore.

Does anyone know what is going on? I looked other places for an answer but no one has asked the same question....at least from what I can tell.
