I'm already aware of the Character Customization being almost completely maxed out. I am concerned about the skill sets and weapons though.  I'll put it in a list for you.

1. Do you have to pick what you are (aka wizard/knight.etc) ? Or do you upgrade skills determining what you are so you can be a Acrher/Wizard/Knight.etc

2. Is their potions, spells, or even weapons you can combine or customize?

3. Are their control limits or advantages like blinding enemy, sneaking, stealing, assassinating.etc

4. Does the story make have to have relations with other Characters? I ask because
my nephew he loves these games, though he is not +18. Is it child-safe in other words.

5. Is there any online play on PC, Xbox, or PS3? [EDIT: Sorry, totally slipped my mind to ask.]

I'm sorry if theres any errors in this message, or if I post this in the wrong thread.etc
I thank you for feedback.

1. You pick.

2. There are potions, there are spells (you can also combine some spells), you can customize some weapons.

3. Yes.

4. It doesn't force it, but it puts it right in your way so that it's not child-safe.

1 - You pick a class (Mage/Rogue/Warrior) which can then be modified by specialisms

2 - Yes

3 - Yes

4 - Yes and no. Relationships between characters are optional, but there are strong sexual/violent themes railroaded into the plot (The violence one is obvious though :P) although all the sex can be avoided through choice. However, assuming your nephew is your average under-18, odds are he's not going to make the choices to move away from the sex.

1. Can go either way, but you have options for specializing.

2. Yes.

3. Yes... but there are also consequences for bad moral choices.

4. No, you don't have to have sexual relations and in fact you have to work at it pretty hard to manage it. Yes it is relatively child safe. My 14 yr old grandson loves it.

Bonus answer:

Buy him the game, unless you are an extremely conservative Christian with an overwhelming urge to shield the child from learning his actions will have consequences in both a game and in real life.

Well, I ask because it'll be okay if its gonna be kind of like Fable II, it will be hard to find it, but its obviously there. Which if you mean you are forced to see seductive women on the game, he is the one who already knows his limits. Thank you all.

5) No on-line play. This is a single player only game.
