After adjusting graphics from medium to maximum and turning film grain off my monitor started flashing between black and desktop.  I had to restart my computer to stop it.

Tried to launch Mass Effect and it crashes at startup.  I can run ME2 and ME3 fine maxed out...I have no idea what the problem is...
