If Emily Hopkins is the rumored VA of the vigilante, maybe Lt. Marie Durand could make a return?
Batarians would also be cool.
Who do you want to see added as a Squadmate in the Life Support Room?

A Yagh squadmate. He is a sentinal.
Dual Wielding two revanant( You can't change his weapon choice).
Powers he has is.
Throw
Warp
Flashbag Granade
Shredder Ammo
there two normal biotic powers.
And two special tech based bonus power that was not in Me3.
It will be a foil to Kaidan. Who has two normal tech attack and two special biotic attack.

TIM
Cerberus Agent
Geth Prime
I am serious on the Geth Prime part. And the Likely hood of Having TIM or a cerberus agent is slim at best.

Miranda, and I wouldn't put her in that room.

I would love Aria. I'd love to see the conversations she'd have with Liara. Hopefully Liara will lose an argument for once.

Balak would also be great. I think he has a fair shot, actually, since he's in the PS3 game even though most ME1 content is automatically gone for PS3 players (e.g., Major Kirrahe, Shirala).
Put Balak in Life Support and Aria in Jack's old spot.

Thane because it's his room, then I'll put Zaeed back in his room and Kasumi in her room and rinse and repeat for the rest of the ME2 crew.

I think they're intending to do something with Aria because:
A) She's available early and popular.
Despite having a large role in ME2 and the novels and being popular, she plays almost no role in ME3 -- even behind the scenes.
This means that you could do an Omega loyalty mission and get her as a squadmate without the existing narrative requiring much work.

Aria won't be recruitable but she will give you the "Priority: Omega" mission.

A raloi! It could be comic foil for Garrus, maybe? Like Zoidberg, only even more annoying.

Seeing as Jessica Chobot got into the game then it stands to all reasoning that i can seductively lick a Mass Effect 3 game case and become the next playable squadmate

A squad mate where it makes sense that there is no banter or any kind of interaction with the others, because that's what's going to happen.

Perhaps we could recruit the reanimated corpse of the Illusive Man! His power could include Blown Smoke to create cover, Intimidating Stare to slow enemies, etc. Since he's a corpse, he wouldn't be able to talk, and he would have to be confined to Life Support because he would inevitably attempt to eat your crewmembers' brains. Perfect!

In Life Support? Thane of course. This place belongs to him.
Everyone else would destroy that place for me.
Aria can sit in Kasumi' s old room, and I guess she would prefer that.

I'd say either a Batarian or an ex-mercenary who lost their home on Omega when Cerberus came to town. That or an ex-mercenary Batarian with a chip on his shoulder for both the reapers and Cerberus.
