Cloning is possible now. Giving them memories and training takes time(see Grunt). So cloning a Prothean army isn't viable in the Reaper war time frame.

Not to mention what purpose would it serve other than being a huge waste of money.

We have billions of Asari, Humans, Turians, Batarians, Salarians, Krogan, Quarians, Geth, Volus, Drell and Vorcha who want to fight the reaper invasion and instead we want to raise Prothean babies because of IRL babies wanting Prothean pixels on their screen?

as im always preaching  in my posts about "MP future dlc" topics, they should really implement a platinum difficulty whereas we fight a boss like humanoid reaper from ME2, rachni queen etc.(they should have a unique objectives and unique skills) in a special stage which also spawns corresponding mobs; The availability of this mode is once or trice a week only; or certain n7 rating can only access it; or if youve done all the faction in gold mode in a day, and then thats the only time you can access platinun mode that day. The rewards.. i dont know, prestige maybe? because this mode is like "25 man heroic raid" if were talkin MMO, kinda like almost impossible to beat

I've always supported intelligent new DLC and additions to the MP, as long as they are within reasonable restraints. I simply don't consider Protheans to be a suitable addition. Dark channel as a power, yes. Prothean? No.

And if it does, then you can have your bloody protheans. Notice how we don't care so long as there is a viable explanation for it, we want it to make sense, if by some miracle the Protheans had more working stasis pods and more men, and we are given a SP-based DLC to explain all of this, then you can have it.

i dunno if its just prothean hate u got or no, but what i mean is to increase the longetivity of the MP mode they should come up with new things every once in a while (sorry but really eventually prothean char will be available), with regards with the skill they should be very responsible with the balancing and such. But think about it, think the protheans is just a player skin/ character skin (if u know what i mean); Some people have their own favorite race taht they play, which doesnt mean that its the strongest of them all, but because they look cool; people rp'ing/ loring theyre own chars (if u knwo what i mean again) people have backstories thats why we name em too.

what part of MP is not lore are you people incapable of understanding? You don't seem to have much of a problem with Geth, Quarians and Batarians being in MP, 2 of these races could be extinct and 1 could be against you but they're still in MP that's a lore breaker right there. You don't seem to have much of a problem with Geth showing up in council space when going with the campaign they should be behind the Perseus Veil. Why would an STG team be studying reaper indoctrination on Noveria? Why would there be data on Protheans on Benning? MP is not lore.

Seriously, if people don't want Protheans, don't play them. This is a -game- people, in which you choose what to play. Simply stick with the race you like, and let others play Prothean if they want. "There is a Prothean running around over there, not having dialog, not beeing overpowered, but this guy is completly taking the immersion out of the single player, because lore *sob*".

Guys, that is pointless. Simply do -not- play them and that's it.

"The MP is the operation of N7 guys behind the enemy guys lines for the sake of some guy in a chair...". People, it is a mass horde shooter. Nothing deep, nothing with immersion, just gunning down reapers, geth and Cerberus soldiers for no purpose.

It wouldn't have to be a "Few Thousand" Prothean. Only 4 at most, that's all you see in-game. Other people playing on their own game does nothing to influence yours.
