I have no time for such involved scientific experiments.
But we must somehow figure out the number of threads that can be locked in one day. We have a limit on likes so they must have a limit on locks.

In general, the mods aren't sifting through the forums looking for violations. They will react to events that they come across, and I'm sure they do follow some forums or threads, as dictated by their own interests.
However, the bulk of their duties are a direct response to reports by BSN/TBF members. So, the most likely explanations are either or both of the following:
- The other threads were reported, but this one wasn't.
- The thread's discussion, when last checked, was relatively on topic (it is permissible to post in old threads, if the discussion remains on topic.)
Edit: There's no limit on the number of threads that can be locked in a day.

Do U loose your manifest too ? Can U attach a new bsn account to your gaming account ? Do U need a registred copy of ME3 to post here ?

Your manifest, or any other assets, are not affected.
You can create a new account (I believe this is "discouraged" when you've been permabanned) and it is possible to have your profile attached to it, but it isn't a simple process, and I don't believe it's done very often (if at all.)

I don't think you can link your original profile, but getting a new one isn't difficult.
