Definitely the assault rifle melee combo on the batarians.
I pretend that the enemy said something offensive so I throw spikes in their
face and slap them around till they explode.
and yes it has AOE.

Black cloaked Geth with a GPS uncloaking next to unsuspecting allies.
Doesn't matter if we're fighting Geth or not, they still shoot me 90% of the time.

Playing against Cerberus, usin my drell adept and whenever a phantom pops up I re-enact the scene from the campaign with thane vs Kai leng and I ninja the **** out of them and win(most of the time)

Its a very quick attack, I've only had it happen to me once, I don't even think its really has a warning it just sorta happens, it's very rare though thankfully

I once saw a grenade drop right in the middle of my 3 teammates, whom previously yelled "shields down", i couldnt make myself say anything to warn them, but omg, i laughed so freakin hard when all 3 of them died.

Sabotage gives me that feeling. Hacking a turret or a geth pyro just makes me giddy.

I'm not sure it should be considered one but I get a great feeling of satisfaction when I'm playing as a human vanguard and go beast mode on Atlas, Phantoms, Brutes and pretty much stuff that can insta-kill you and live through it...

What's yours?

The perfection of a well placed headshot on a Cerberus enemy - watching the head literally explode from a Widow or Carnifex hit.  Especially when it's a Nemesis or Phantom - or a Guarian through the shield slit.

It's moments like that keep me playing for more.

I crap up every damn time! 

A couple of nights ago I played a Krogan Sentinel on the Hydra map - stumbled on a whole team played as Krogan against Geth.  God, it was so freaking funny hearing all the melees!
