Projects Not Adding Files?

Hey I made a project last night at another players request. I was able to upload the project image and pictures into the gallery but when i add the actual project file it says it was successful but the file is not showing up. Does anyone know whats going on or have a sollution? PS. the file was in a rar file which says is supported on the bioware site.
